Hi! I am using the API javascript 3.5 with Chrome from touch screens, but the zooming and panning features are not working; I even tried the ESRI examples of the API 3.5, from chrome, using touch screens, it does not allow to zooming or move.
With Intrnet Explorer there isn't problems, only with Chrome.
Can someone help me please...

Heather: I just received an email from Esri stating that the status of the bug was changed to "Not in Current Product Plan". What does that mean?
Hi Shana,
Are you referring to BUG-000116101? If so, than I am not sure exactly why it would state that.
Thanks
Yes, it was an email regarding BUG-000116101. The status is "Not in Current Product Plan", and states "the Esri Development team has considered the issue or request and concluded it will not be addressed". If this is the case, this is extremely frustrating and leaves Windows tablet users near dead in the water until we upgrade to 4X. Awesome.
This is incorrect. It has been fixed for the next 3.26 release (I can vouch for that as we have verified it).
I think you may be referencing BUG-000116174 which is similar to BUG-000116101. Both were fixed in 3.26 and is caused by the same issue. We don't like to have multiple bugs for one specific problem as it tends to get unwieldy. BUG-000116174 was marked as a duplicate of BUG-000116101 which HAS been fixed. So to answer your question, it has been addressed. Sorry for the confusion.
OK, you're right. I see that in the bug notes. I was confused by the email that Esri sent me. Thanks for clairfying!
Hi Heather,
This bug is back in Chrome version 70.x (I am using 70.0.3538.77 and am unable to pan or zoom on a touch screen). Pan and zoom were working fine in version 69.x.
Thanks
Thanks for reporting, we are looking into it.
Has there been any progress on this? It's been 4 months and I can't even find additional forum discussion of the issue, which still seems non-functional on my HP Chromebook X2 running 71.0.3578.127.
Hey Kyle, What version of the API are you using?
To be honest, I'm not sure. I'm using our City's public GIS maps and don't see the API number visible. They are very responsive, though, so I will ask tonight. They updated as soon as I notified them in August that the fix was available. It has been non-functional for me since Oct 25 post above and I haven't seen any ongoing conversation regarding the problem. Is there a last-known good combination of ArcGIS and Chrome, or a more recent bug report that I should be looking at for information?
