I have a custom app that I built based on the "Feature layer hover sample". I would like to add a close button at the top right corner of the popup. I have modified the code to allow a hover on desktop and a click when using the IPAD. There is no reference to this digit.tooltipDialog on the JSAPI page. I admit Im a little confused with all the varieties of popups and when to use one or the other.
So is there a way to add the close button to the digit.TooltipDialogue?
