Measurement Widget

The measurement widget isn't displaying the correct results.  I'm using javascript 3.1 api and 9.3.1 server.   Do you think it is because I'm using 9.3.1 server or a projection problem?  My wkid is 32100. 
Any advice or suggestion would be appreciated.

it is not related to the version of ArcGIS Server. Against what are you comparing the results return by measurement tool? Following blog might help in this situation:
