Equally to the PictureMarkerSymbol (as stated in the other question PictureMarkerSymbol rotation 4.9 vs. 4.10 ) also the TextSymbol is staying screen-aligned from 4.10 on.

As you can see in the given samples its not always nice to have it like that.
Is this same as for the PictureMarkerSymbols the wanted behaviour?
If yes, it would be nice to have a property on the symbols to give developers the possibility to force the behaviour they want.
Is there any possibilty to change the rotation with 4.10/4.11 other than removing and adding again the whole graphic with the rotated symbol?
