The problem is more cryptic than the title suggests. I have a map on ArcGIS.com that I am trying to embed in a story map (all links at bottom of post). The map embeds, but, for unknown reasons, the layer Rainfall Abberation does not appear in the story map legend. The story map is a customized sample from storymaps.esri.com that I have used before and have never had any problems with.
When I edit the legend code and remove the layerinfos argument (providing just the map argument) then the legend displays fine, but it brings along the World Base Imagery as well, which is not desirable. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I don't know where to start on this one, because it is supposed to be such a simple legend.
