I am seeing the following issues with TextSymbols in compact (mobile) JS 3.8. In my case I'm mixing TextSymbols
and SimpleMarkerSymbols (points) in the same Graphicslayer.
With IE 9 Compatibility Mode -
Only SimpleMarkerSymbols display. There is also a latency in the when this layer initially displays.
With IE 11, Chrome, Safari (on iOS iPad2) -
TextSymbols are shifted to the left from previous JS 3.7 or before.
After switching back to JS 3.7 compact the problem goes away. I have not tested the non-compact version.
