Imagery + Boundaries and Places + Transportation TiledMapServiceLayer serivces

Is there one ArcGIS Online service that combines the imagery in the following three services layered in the following order?

http://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer
http://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Reference/World_Boundaries_and_Places/MapServer
http://server.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Reference/World_Transportation/MapServer

The reason I ask is that there is no comparable labeled satellite / hybrid like the Bing Hybrid layer. Layering these three TiledMapServiceLayers ontop of one another results in 3 times the amount of request traffic and bandwidth use one would normally incur by using a TiledMapServiceLayer.

There has to be a better way to get a "labeled satellite" service into your app, right?
