I created a simple app that loads for dynamic layers with two of them being secured. When the page is viewed in FireFox, the Identity Manager appears. When viewed in IE8, it does not appear. Is a CORS issue with IE8? Reason being, I am developing the application on my local workstation and the services are on another machine.
