Sublayer.createFeatureLayer() was found to be working for annotation based MapImageLayer until ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.16.
I have created a codepen (below link) to demonstrate this. It's working for version 4.16 and not working for version 4.17 and above.

Could not find the documentation about this breaking change for ArcGIS API for JavaScript version 4.17.
Now, how to get this working for ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript 4.25? Any suggestions please.
