Hi,
We are integrate esri map for our client where users can point on map and when point on map user get the Postcode, and basically we provide UK map by default. When user point on that its does not provide full postcode always last two letters are missing. but for other countries its provide full postcode.
Hi. If possible, please share your map service URL to debug if there is an issue. Also you can make sure if the data that you require exists in your back end.

I checked your application link and found that the reverse geocode service returns a truncated post code in response. Maybe this is some kind of a data policy from esri or it could be a bug within the service. Although if you make a search by full post code it returns correct result. You cannot do anything on this as you aren't the owner of this service. Nevertheless, this can be answered by someone from ESRI. Alexander Nohe Thomas Solow Jonathan Quinn KGerrow-esristaff
Here are some URLs that demonstrate the issue:
If I understand correctly, postal codes in the UK should have 2 more letters/digits, so something is going wrong here. I don't have any clue what the problem is, but I agree with Mir that this is probably an issue in the geocoding service rather than a front-end problem.
I don't know where the best place to ask about this is, but you might try the REST API forum: https://community.esri.com/community/developers/web-developers/arcgis-rest-api
I suggest you reach out to Technical Support so they can investigate further.
