Do not respond to clicking on the map

When upgrade ArcGIS for JavaScript from version 4.24 to version 4.28, objects with null attributes are displayed (geometry), but do not respond to clicking on the map. Attributes not forwarded to the popup. Please help me solve this problem.

Hi @MichaelS1, thank you for posting your question here. Can you share a simplified repro case on something like codepen to show exactly the issue you're seeing?

The data comes from one source table. If a string is entered in the penultimate column (1), everything works. If it is null, the object is displayed on the map, but no attributes can be retrieved from it. The problem affects many different layers - polygon and linear. It appeared when trying to switch from 4.24 to 4.28. Everything worked before.

We are using ArcGiS Server: 10.8.1 and a SQL Server database
For example: In this image below, I can click on building(1) and my popup will open, but if I click on building(2), nothing happens.
