How do I customize the appearance of the editing handles for SketchViewModel in ArcGIS JavaScript API 4.10?
In particular I want to make the rotation handle bigger, to make it easier to grab on a small display (smartphone).
I would also prefer to have the rotation handle stay when it is released, instead of returning to above the selected geometry.
