beta 4.0 api javascript - TextSymbol not working -

I have problem with the activated of the symbol  "TextSymbol".

When using an "PictureMarkerSymbol" it's working  .

But when Replacing the symbol to "TextSymbol" it is not working.

Can some one tell me what is the Right way to do so.

According to Specialist : there isn't working Solution yet to the "TextSymbol" problem
