arcgis map stuck on mouse drag out side of web browser control

I have a problem in JavaScript with map getting stuck in pan mode.

1. I am using maps in desktop application (in Internet Explorer).
2. Drag map and take mouse outside of browser control and then release mouse button.
3. Enter mouse again in browser control, the map is stuck in pan mode -- when I move arrow, map also moves with arrow even while the mouse button is not held down.

How can I stop this from happening?

When i press ALT button map pan stop but when i move mouse then map again pan with mouse move

Did you read thru the post I sent before?  Looks like there are several things that might be causing the problem, and users have had luck with some.  Most point to an antivirus program, one of the windows themes, or possibly another program blocking ArcGIS.

I would suggest adding you comments to that thread Stuck on pan tool   and/or contacting technical support.
