Are there the plans to support OGC WMTS vector tiles in ArcGIS JavaScript API?
As I understand esri adopted mapbox format while opengis.net developed a format around a classic WMTS: kind a WMTS, but tiles are served as "vectors".

So what are esri intentions to support that format? Or are there open source proxy implementations that can convert between these formats?
