Any MapService returning more than 10000 records as query result

Does anybody know the mapservice returning more than 10000 features as query result? (only map service)

I don't think so there is any online published map service that return more than 10000 records on query result.
You need to publish your own map service in your ArcGIS Server and setting the maxrecordcount to 10000 during publishing the map service.
