Actions in Popup showing for a split second then disappearing

Hello,
Before I updated to v4.33 I was able to add custom actions to my popup and they used to show up when clicking on the '...' in the popup. I'm not sure what's happening, but the options now don't show up passed the 2 that show up below.
Now when I click on the '...' nothing happens, however when I switch popups I can see them show up for a split second and then disappear. My guess is something is happening CSS wise that I don't understand and I have not done anything with the CSS with regard to the popup other than referencing your CSS below

Is there a possible bug that won't show all of the Actions array items?
This used to work in previous versions.
