Dear All,
I am planning to develop a mobile application that can collect information for events like earthquake offline and save them to my map when I am connected to internet.
I am using developer account for Arcgis so I have following questions:
Can I access to my gps location offline and add features with information to my map while i am in the field?
Is there a way that I can export my map to a shp file to use later in arcgis?
I couldnnt find any codes to add features to my map and save them and export my map to shp file.
Please let me know if there is a possibility to do that.
