3.4 - mouse/touch on dell 2320

Hi,
I use this all in one computer http://www.dell.com/us/p/inspiron-one-2320/pd
Applications written with the 3.4 version don't allow mouse navigation in the map object
because it detects it as a touch device.
What do I need to do? Is this a bug?
