3.1 api (local install) accessing files from http://serverapi.arcgisonline.com/j

I have a local install of 3.1

accessed via
http://jpgisdev.intranet/arcgis_js_api/library/3.1/arcgis/?v=3.1

however, tons of files seem to be hardcoded and pulling from

http://serverapi.arcgisonline.com/jsapi/

Well I appreciate the solution.  I am really glad we rooted this out, it solved two things for me

1. Local access of api
2. WMS "spatialReference.wkid is null" errors when accessing wms.js for WMS service's from Lizardtech Express Server

odd, but appreciated.
