In the Snapping Widget, when Layers are selected but the "Feature to feature" toggle is off, green checkmarks remain on each of the selected Layers, even though they are no longer eligible for snapping. When the toggle is off, either all of the selected Layers should be unchecked, or (better yet) grayed out.
