Splash Screen for Media Map Doesn't Show at Start

I created a Media Map using Instant Apps, with one of my requirements for this map being that when someone opens it, it must show the splash screen before they can interact with the rest of the map. However when I opened the map myself the splash screen does not show up until I click the information button.

Is your app public? Can you share?  If you open it in your browsers private (or incognito) mode does it display?

I made it public and checked on private mode, that did fix the issue. Thank you.

The reason private mode works is that we write a value into the browser's storage once the app opens with the splash content showing so users only see it automatically the first time the app loads. We are working on an approach where it will always show (unless users disable) that we hope to have in the apps early this year.
