Sidebar Instant App - Show Table tool default Selects by Map Frame Extents

I have the "Show Table" tool enabled for layers in a Sidebar Instant App.

When the user opens the attribute table within the App, the table only displays records for features within the current extent of the map frame. The table re-selects by location when the map extent is moved or zoomed in/out, and other features in the layer are visible within the map extent.  

Is there a way to show all features within a feature class's attribute table, not just those records currently visible in the map frame? Just looking for the default functionality of viewing an attribute table within a web map or desktop application.

Still works the same way. The table only shows feature in the extent view, and the workaround is to zoom out to 'catch' all the features I guess. This seems like not the ideal solution though due to feature layers possibly having their own extent properties.

Would be a good change to allow us to select between letting the table show 'All' or 'Extent' features.
