It doesn't look like this is supported yet. An organization like ours who has related inspection tables, using Instant Apps is off the table until related records from ArcGIS Server is supported. The "new" map viewer in AGOL still does not support related records from an ArcGIS Server service. The Classic Map Viewer is the only viewer that supports it. Can't believe ESRI still doesn't have this....
