Having issues clicking on the "like" or Thumb Icon in the Reporter Instant app.
Everything is configured in the feature layer (hosted), web map form, and in the Reporter app but currently there is no way to click on the Thumb to "like" any of the submitted comments. When I click on the thumb icon it takes me to the detailed comment for that record.
Also the thumb is missing from the detailed comment page, which should be next to the comment/feedback icon according to the this: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/instant-apps/constituent-engagement/arcgis-instant-apps-in...
Thanks for any suggestions or tips, Chris

Ok, so creating the entire workflow using ArcGIS Pro solved the issue. Thanks for helping along the way.
Hi @ChristopherPollard Once you click on it, it will take you into the popup where you can add like or dislike. Could you check if you have configured a numeric field for like and dislike parameters for that layer. If you still have issues, please share your app I can take a look at it.
@SubaKrishnanYes the "num_likes" field is a numeric field within my hosted feature layer and all fields are editable. I am noticing that the Thumb Icon appears in the table of content that lists all submitted comments but the THUMB icon is missing on the detail/popup page.
@ChristopherPollard This is not expected. I wouldn't be able to help without testing the app. You can either share the app and creds in a private message or open a support ticket. So, we can sort this out.
@ChristopherPollard Have you tried configuring a new app and does it have the same issue? or toggling off and saving and toggling the feature back on to see if it fixes the issue?
I am going to try to build a new file geodatabase and feature layers using ArcGIS Pro. The current feature layers are from an older FGDB that I created years ago using ArcCatalog. Going to try later today and see if that works. Thanks
That's interesting. Good call to recreate it and I'm eager to know the outcome.
