Introduction panel in Nearby Instant App does not scroll.

Please include a scroll bar in the Introduction panel in Nearby Instant App.

If the Introduction panel is included in the App (not as a splash screen) it is impossible to scroll.  Any information not displayed is lost.

A coworker found a work around to if the Introduction panel is Opened as a splash screen, you can scroll.

In the intro panel is where we include important information and need to be readable on all screen sizes.

@RyanBohan thank you for reporting this, it will be resolved in the next update of ArcGIS Online.
