Instant Apps Attachment Viewer issue with Survey123 repeats Photo's not displaying

Using Attachment Viewer to display collections for Survey123 Remote Inspections, I have two survey's that use repeats that collect photos. The photos that are collected in the main body of the survey display, in the same survey I have repeats that include taking photos, these do not show up after selecting the repeat table from the menu, all I get is a black background.
I do have Dashboards for the field leaders where they can view these photos. Although I do have them separate (stacked) Detail containers using Tabs for the access to the repeat photos.
Any suggestions or is this a bug?
