Instant App Layer Options Field Visibility Showing All fields in edit view when only some are checked.

I have a Manager instant app that is used for editing a layer. I have a configured pop up for the initial selection. Then when "edit" is clicked, it is supposed to only show the fields that I have checked in the Layer Visibility section of Modify. However, it shows all of them still.

I have an identical manager instant app but for a different map. It works as it should. I am not sure why this one won't. Below are screenshots of my selection.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi @CamTurney_CityofCF, 

What you see in the edit window is the form. The layer visibility section that you configured doesn't actually affect the form. You can author a form for your webmap using Map Viewer or Field Maps Designer where you can choose which fields to display, in what order, & more. If you haven't done that, a list of all the editable fields is displayed by default.
