Exhibit Instant App

I am creating a Exhibit style ArcGIS Instant App. The web maps add just fine however, both the maps contain a bar plot which don't show up in the presentation slides.

How can I fix this?

I assume you mean the Exhibit app? Can you share a screen shot of what you are seeing?

Looks like in your web map you have charts displayed. The only instant app we have that displays charts that are defined in the web map is the Chart Viewer app. You can find more about that application here: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/instant-apps/mapping/chart-viewer-beta-a-new-instant-app/

@KellyHutchins if the plots in the web map cannot be enabled in the Exhibit app, then I suggest it would be a good feature to add other ESRI apps like ArcGIS Insights as slides too.
