Attachment Viewer Instant App Search Function Doesn't return all records

We have a series of Attachment Viewer Instant Apps that are no longer returning multiple records for a search created from the attribute table.

This cemetery web app should allow users to search by last name and return all records with that last name.

How can we recreate this functionality? (Common last names here are Miller, Jones)

The current functionality is now only returning the first record the search finds in the attribute table.

I had a chance to test the app the you shared and I was seeing multiple results returned, is this what you are seeing?

Hi Sarah -

I was not!  But I also realize that I was hitting "enter/return" after typing in my query...when you do this it goes to the first record and only shows that one record.  If you type and then pause, all records show up listed under the search bar (like your screenshot).  THANK YOU  for responding - it made me go back and pause to see why I couldn't see multiple returned records.

I will say, the nuance with not being able to hit enter after you type your query is odd.  Maybe something that could be added to a future update?  Have the list get returned to the user even if the enter key is hit?
