I've created several pages of Insights cards with predefined filters that I've published and embedded into a story map. When I view the predefined filter widget in my media attachment, only a few of the predefined filters appear while other hang on the 5 orange dots that make you think the tool will appear but it never does. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, how do I fix it?
Using the latest version of ArcGIS Insights, v2020.1, I have not seen this. May I ask you to send us your workflow in steps to recreate so we can try and help? Alternatively, please call Esri technical support.
