I have installed ArcGIS Insight Desktop on my PC and I connected to my organization account and activated license. When I open ArcGIS Insight Desktop, I can create a workbook but I can not enter inside the workbook to add data or feature layers or .......
This is the screenshot when I try to open. It is showing this and nothing happens. Any help will be appreciated.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop version and the problem was gone. I do not know exactly what happened there and what caused the problem.

Can you please elaborate on which version of ArcGIS Insights Desktop you are using?
Did you activate it using ArcGIS Online organization or Enterprise?
Does the user you are using to activate the license has an insights License associated with them?
I would like to try and replicate this issue.
