Date/Time on Datasets imported from hosted ArcGIS Online feature layers/tables are currently displayed in UTC.

It would be great to see an option to see this in the user’s local time (similar to how Date/Time is displayed on ArcGIS Online). If this cannot be done - it would be great to see a function to convert UTC time to local time (similar to ArcGIS Arcade).

The following approach in ArcGIS Insights works for some cities (but it doesn’t take daylight savings into account).

Has the issue of UTC to local time, taking into account daylight savings time been resolved in Insights?  I have data that spans the entire year and need to analyze it in local time.
