Repeat reservations functionality

As we investigate using ArcGIS Indoors to manage hybrid working staff it seems there is a gap in the Office Hotel reservation functionality that allows you to make repeat reservations of the same Office Hotel on multiple days.  Quite a few colleagues come to the office on the same days each week and, as creatures of habit, always like to sit at the same desk near their colleagues.  For these workers they want to be able to make a repeat reservation for the same Office Hotel each week in one go, rather than having to make separate reservations for each week.

Is there any way to do this at the moment or is this something that is being considered for the future?

Hi @MappyIan yes .. recurring bookings is in our road map. We have had requests to limit the bookings made by one individual so we made scheduling limits available as a configuration when creating hotel areas. I'm curious to know if you would also have a need to limit the number of recurring bookings? This info would help us during development of the capability.

Hi @GauravJobanputra, that's great that recurring reservations are on the road map.  I'm not sure we'd want to put a specific limit on the number of recurring bookings and individual can make.  Recurring events in Outlook have a suggested end date six months in the future, but this can be edited/removed as required.  A similar approach in ArcGIS Indoors feels like it would give enough flexibility.

The City of Portland is implementing Indoors to over 70 floors. We are integrating with Outlook for the reservations and one of the recurring question from the users is the ability to do a recurring reservation for hotel station. This is one of the biggest limitation. Is there an expectation when this will be available?
