I haven't delved too much into the reservation system but will be shortly, does the reservation layer keep track of historical reservations so we are able to do analytics on historical reservations?

Hi Leo, thanks for your question! The Reservations layer has features representing the currently reserved spaces. To see what space reservations looked like at some time in the past, consider enabling archiving:

Hello @Leo_GTRI, the Reservations layer stores all bookings, even the ones that were booked and later canceled. You can use the data in Excel or any analytics software of your choice and create charts based on your needs or you can use Dashboards or Experience Builder as well.

You would be happy to know that in the upcoming release of ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise, we are introducing 'peak usage' charts within Space Planner for daily and hourly use and utilization of your office hotels within a hotel area. Keep a look out for the what's new announcement to learn more about them in the coming weeks.
