Hello all,
We have ArcGIS Indoors licensed through AGOL. I've been sharing our indoors model from Pro to AGOL. I have configured categories in Pro, but every time I setup the indoors viewer it says it has no categories configured. Am I missing something? I thought it would show up in the viewer because I set them up in Pro.
Thanks.

Hi,
The categories are attached to the map, rather than the layers, so you'll need to share a web map instead of a web layer. Try sharing a web map from ArcGIS Pro and then configure Indoor Viewer with that web map.
You can also make modifications to the web map, e.g. in the ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, in case changes are needed with symbology, layer properties, etc..
I hope this helps!

Thank you. I didn't realize that there was a difference between the two sharing options. I think I was just accustomed to sharing the web layer.
@tomhillgeo thanks for the quick response!
@steveflo pls mark as solution if the response helped. You could refer the prepare and share map documentation topics. You can even open an existing web map directly in ArcGIS Pro and make changes to indoor categories and it would reflect in Indoor Viewer as soon as you save the changes.
