Provide functionality to limit the fields available for viewing and editing in the Space Planner Occupants popup box. There are numerous fields that the space manager either does not have the ability to edit (spaceid) or need to even see in the popup. Admin setting up the site should have ability to make these field invisible so the user popup only has those field relevant to the function of editing the occupant information. Name/email/phone/business unit, etc.
I agree. It would be very helpful to be able to choose which fields are visible there, and what order they appear in.
My workaround for this is changing which fields are editable in the plan's feature layer. This works for us because we are using views of our root data, so that particular feature layer does not get used anywhere else where the fields may need to be editable, but that may no work for every use case.
