What is the difference between "Service Pixel Value", "Raw Service Pixel Value", "Item Pixel Value"?

I am accessing an Image Layer from the Living Atlas and the pop-up window (see attached image) shows different pixel values: "Service Pixel Value", "Raw Service Pixel Value", "Item Pixel Value", and "Analytic Renderer". Can anyone help me understand what is the difference between these variables and how to interpret their values?

I am no specialist, but I deduced this from some practice with image service lately :

I believe that "Raw Service Pixel Value" is the value saved inside the pixel the way it is in a DEM : it could be the elevation or another value if the image was processed (something like turbidity for instance).

In my case, "Service Pixel Value" was the color of the pixel (RGB). I dont't know about "Item Pixel Value" and "Analytic Renderer", but it would be interesting to have an answer.
