How to manage tile cache published in cloud data store?

When trying to manage the tile cache of an image service that's cache is in a cloud data store I can't seem to select it.  Please see images attached.  I can still select the caches from local storage but just not from an acs connection.  Any thoughts or has anyone ran into this issue?
