ArcGIS Pro 3.2 - trial version - working to assess the usefulness of FMV video multiplexer
1. Extracted .h264 video and .csv metadata from a public .mp4 FMV (that plays well in the ArcGIS Pro player.) When trying to multiplex them using the tutorial methoda video is not created, I get the following warnings:
1. video timestamps overlap they should be in number format. This is not true, per verifying the content of the metadata with Hex viewer it is obvious the timestamps are long numbers, different from one frame to next, similar to those present in the tutorial metadata
2. video corners full metadata fields and general flags field are not recognized as MISB.
My question is why this happens and how can I achieve video multiplexing the content extracted from a public FMV using ArcGIS Pro Video Multiplexer
