Tracking Downloads

Is there a way in the Open Data format to track views or downloads of layers provided through my Open Data site? I know in ArcGIS Online you can view usages of layers and apps, but I'm curious to know how many people are using our Open Data platform specifically.

I found some documentation at Configure site settings—ArcGIS Hub | Documentation.  Within Google Analytics, you can drill down and get stats on downloads  If you click on the file-type, then it lists the name of the layer, as it is called in the open data site.

I'm going to look into how to create automatic reports in Google Analytics so we can start tracking once we officially launch our open data site.
