I was trying to figure out if this option is currently available, but didn't have any success. ESRI is stating in their Sneak Peak they are planning it in the road ahead, but will it be in the coming months? We are currently disseminating our data from both organizational website and ArcGIS Open Data. I would like to see development in download trend as which site has bigger exposure and more hits since I would like to provide our management and prove to some of my colleagues that Open Data is increasingly getting more popular. Anyway, I think download and view counts should have been available right from initial launch of Open Data.
