Does anyone have suggestions for keeping track of changes to the content library? We add existing items from other sources/data owners to our content library using the "add existing content" workflow. We usually ask their permission too. But every once in a while that content will get removed from our content library and we have to redo the steps from the workflow above. It would be nice to be notified when items become removed so we don't go weeks without realizing content isn't searchable.
