Hello Hub Team!
Is the option to download a KML file missing from the new 'Hosted Downloads' options for 'Hosted Feature Services'?
A user brought this to our attention that they no longer had the option to download a KML.
Here's the list being generated from one of our published hosted feature service Hub items. As you can see KML is missing, although we notice new options for GeoPackage and SQLite Geodatabase have been added.
For our feature services published to on-premise stand-alone Enterprise servers we DO still see the option to download a KML:
Any information regarding loss of the KML download option for 'hosted' feature services would be much appreciated!
Thanks!

Hi @MiltonSolano ,
For ArcGIS Online hosted feature services, the Hub download system uses create replica, which provides improved reliability and performance. However, the reason KML disappeared is due to a technical limitation of the create replica function which does not yet support KML. Fortunately, with the upcoming June release of ArcGIS Online KML will be supported by create replica. Shortly after Hub will be able to offer KML for ArcGIS Online hosted feature services.
I would also like to know this, I hadn't realised KML was missing from the format options for hosted downloads. Have you submitted a tech support case?
Nice to know other's are interested in KML disappearing from the list of options for downloads. To answer your question we did NOT submit a tech support case. We brought it directly to the Hub Product Manager's attention via email, but have not had a reply on that particular item.
We were thinking the update to the new 'Hosted Downloads' was still being implemented, but we were still holding on to opening an ESRI Customer Care Ticket as an option. Haven't done it yet.
Folks,
I just noticed too KML is not available in the list of download formats. Our users like to use KML format because GE is a very light client for quick visualizations, so this format is a must for my users.
Please, guys, can you bring back this format in the list of available download options?
Thanks,
Milton
