How can I include JavaScript Libraries in ArcGIS Open Data 2.0?

Hi everyone,

Recently I wrote you asking about use of styles and CSS in ArcGIS Open Data 2.0 and I've modified and personalized that templete with your help. 

In my ArcGIS Open Data 1.0, I included JavaScript libraries to use Bootstrap Carousel but I can't include this one in this new release. How can I include? I've searched in Site Editor and Admin Open Data Site without find and answer.
