Filtered Downloads Not Working

Filtered downloads aren't working on our site--period; I found the issue on another site too. First, I filter w/ an attribute query. Next, the preview map displays a subset per the filter. Then, I download a shapefile; the shapefile has all features--not the filtered subset.

I have found this issue to be consistent, whether geometry is line or polygon and whether source service is ArcGIS Online feature layer or ArcGIS Server map-service layer.

Thanks @ThomasHervey1. It is working now.  Its a bit slower than we would like and i'm not sure some users will wait long enough for the filter to complete.  It would be nice to have a time indication as well as a size limitation.  We do host some large datasets on our site.

Has this been fully resolved? I don't have the toggle filter available when downloading data. The filter works for visualization but not when downloading data

I built the site through ArcGIS Enterprise and not through Hub.

We have Hub and it works intermittently. Two weeks ago, you couldn't download the entire dataset or filtered data. I just tried this morning and both options work.

Because of this issue, we've created hosted feature datasets on our portal and set it up as additional resources on the download page. This way the public can get to the data regardless what Hub does or doesn't do.

Again this is for Hub, I don't know if you have the same options for Enterprise.

I was told that the Toggle Filter function has been removed from Enterprise version 10.9.1 and was last available in 10.9. Question is, is there any other way to make this work? this toggle filter function is very essential on what we are trying to accomplish.
