We are having very inconsistent performance with our Open Data Portal. Datasets randomly stop working.
Both of these datasets reside in the same service. There are no errors in the Open Data - Data Report.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not seeing any issues with either of these datasets. We'll be adding information about download errors very soon so you'll be able to see the underlying problem if it happens again. You can also post here the next time it fails and I can help you diagnose.

We just added error reporting about download failures to the data manager section of the administrative app. There you will be able to find any problems that are happening with your downloads.
