Can't save privacy settings

Hi Hub Community,

We are using ArcGIS Premium Hub and are unable to save the privacy settings for our Hub site. The site has changed ownership and I'm guessing this is the issue as if we create a new site, or clone the existing site (with the same user) we are able to save the privacy settings. We basically want to turn on user consent for cookies as shown in the screenshot below and the save button isn't highlighted. We are doing this while logged in as the site owner (which is also the AGOL admin user). Any tips would be much appreciated.

Hi John, I understand that privacy settings are important.  I suggest you open a support request.  They may be able to quickly help you.  If they can't, then it can be opened as Support BUG against Hub, and we'll get you sorted out.  -Jeremy
