Automatic Download on Data I added to ArcGIS Hub. How do I remove it?

Hello,

I have an issue with ArcGIS Hub that is stumping me. 
I added a PDF street map to our hub through AGOL for our open data site. Normally in the Open Data Site when I click on the layer, you can see a preview of the PDF, and you can click on full details where you can donwload the map.

Now....When I clicked on the street map PDF that I added, the "Save As" prompt automatically opens with no preview of the street map shown. 

How do I disasble this?  I dont want user to download the content without seeing a preview first.

There was a change to ArcGIS Online as noted in this community post to prevent potential security risks. The ArcGIS Online dev team is looking into options. Please add a vote there.

That sucks, but cant argue against providing better security.
