Hello Hub Team,
It appears that Hub changes the encoding for how "spaces" are handled in urls.
If an application like category gallery has a category with a space in it, the category gallery url encodes the space :
The application url is then shared to Hub as an item:
Hub changes this encoding for spaces, which ends up breaking the application:
Can someone please look into this issue.
Thank you,
Amanda Huber
@Amanda__HuberI'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue. With the recent release of ArcGIS Online its possible that certain client applications (possibly beyond ArcGIS Hub) are now handling URL encoding differently from the home application.
So that we can better assist you, please open up a ticket with Esri Support Services (ESS) https://support.esri.com/en/other-resources/supportservices who will be able to dedicate attention to your specific issue and workflow.
Thanks,
Thomas
Hi @ThomasHervey1 ,
Thanks so much for the response! I did log an Esri support ticket which did result in this being a bug (case #03278749).
Hopefully this issue is resolved soon, as this directly affects our hub site going live.
Best,
Amanda Huber
